Changing the Mindset™ Health and Wellness guide focuses on the following 3 key components: Strengthening the Mind; Building the Body; and Changing the Behavior. There are two phases that participants experience which enhances an individual to make an association between a particular behavior and a consequence as it relates to healthy lifestyle decisions. Phase 1: Preparing the Mind and Phase 2: Preparing the Psyche. There are 12 lessons that will be learned alongside the meal and workout plan.
This guide focuses on the following goals:
Learn how to address your eating habits
Understanding emotions, attitudes, and behaviors involving weight and food
Identifying long term health risk factors and addressing them
Assisting with goal setting and identifying priorities while addressing challenges
Changing the perception and views on healthy lifestyle for self and family
