Changing the Mindset™  Health and Wellness guide focuses on the following 3 key components: Strengthening the Mind; Building the Body; and Changing the Behavior. There are two phases that participants experience which enhances an individual to make an association between a particular behavior and a consequence as it relates to healthy lifestyle decisions. Phase 1: Preparing the Mind and Phase 2: Preparing the Psyche. There are 12 lessons that will be learned alongside the meal and workout plan.

This guide focuses on the following goals:

  • Learn how to address your eating habits

  • Understanding emotions, attitudes, and behaviors involving weight and food

  • Identifying long term health risk factors and addressing them

  • Assisting with goal setting and identifying priorities while addressing challenges

  • Changing the perception and views on healthy lifestyle for self and family
